Jason Segel Is Engaged to ‘So You Think You Can Dance’ Alum Kayla Radomski

Jason Segel and Kayla Radomski are engaged!

The So You Think You Can Dance alum, 34, announced her engagement to the actor, 45, in a post on Instagram on Wednesday, June 18, writing, “FOREVER YES 💍♥️.”

The dancer shared five photos from the surprise proposal, which took place outside in a garden filled with pink and red florals and Greek statues. In the first photo, Radomski gasps with her hands over her mouth as Segel proposes down on one knee. Just moments after Segel slipped a diamond ring onto Radomski’s finger, the couple can be seen smiling and admiring the new rock. In another shot, they hold hands while sitting at a table with lit candles. A bottle of champagne chills in an ice bucket behind them.

“Best day of my life,” Radomski wrote in an Instagram Story re-sharing the post.

The couple were first linked in October 2023 when they were photographed holding hands at at Universal Studios’ Halloween Horror Nights.

A few months later, Segel and Radomski — who coincidentally celebrate their birthdays a day apart on Jan. 18 and 19, respectively — made their red carpet debut as a couple at the 2024 Golden Globe Awards in January 2024 where the actor was nominated for his role in the Apple TV+ comedy Shrinking. The How I Met Your Mother alum wore a three-piece tuxedo to the event while Radomski glowed at his side in a sparkling silver gown.

After the event, Radomski praised her beau in an Instagram post, writing, “I am so incredibly proud of you!!!! What a dream. You are absolutely one of the hardest working and most deserving humans on this planet. My Golden Globe Nominee! I love that we got to spend a whole day celebrating YOU and your talent!!! I love you so much baby!”

Radomski next accompanied the Forgetting Sarah Marshall star to the Emmys where he was again nominated for his role in Shrinking in the category of outstanding lead actor in a comedy series. This time, Radomski matched Segel’s black tuxedo in a black bustier gown with lace and floral detailing.

“@jasonsegel We wouldn’t be here without your hard work and determination. I am always amazed watching your drive and love for what you do. You inspire me every single day,” she wrote in the caption of a January 2024 Instagram post featuring pictures from the event. “I cannot wait to continue to watch you thrive and create more magic throughout your life. Thank you for loving me and being the best man this lady could dream up. I love you.”

Since then, Radomski has continued to gush online about her now-fiancé, sharing moments from their everyday life to romantic getaways. Most recently, Radomski congratulated Segel for his 2025 Golden Globes nomination. He was again nominated for best performance for his role in Shrinking.

“I have seen the work and dedication you put into not just your work, but everything you do,” she captioned her January Instagram post alongside pics from the big night. “You continue to amaze me every single day. Anyone who gets the honor to know you is so lucky. I am beyond proud of you and cannot wait to see all that is ahead. I love you beyond words!!!”
