‘Fit For Murder’ is based on a true story. Here’s where to watch for FREE

Craig Titus and Kelly Ryan were fitness instructors when their former personal assistant was founded murdered in 2005.

“Fit For Murder” will air at 8 p.m. Sunday, March 30, on Lifetime.

The synopsis is, “The lives of fitness celebrities Craig Titus and Kelly Ryan take a dark turn when they hire a young female assistant.”

The assistant, Melissa James, was found dead in the trunk of a burning vehicle in the Nevada desert in December 2005.

In 2008, Titus and Ryan pleaded guilty to charges related to the death of James. Titus remains in prison. Ryan was released in 2017.

The cast includes Tory Trowbridge, Brock Yurich and Paris Smith.
