The main event of this week’s episode of Monday Night Raw in Brussels, Belgium featured Bron Breakker defending the Intercontinental championship against Finn Balor of The Judgment Day. The latter came in upset after Dominik Mysterio attempted to recruit a new member to the group.
None other than Penta.
That was the same Penta who earlier in the evening, just after defeating Ludwig Kaiser in a No Holds Barred match, made clear he’s coming for the Intercontinental championship:
Yes, it’s funny he said “Continental championship.”
Later in the evening, Mysterio tried to help Balor win the title but inadvertently cost him, causing him to get racked on the top rope into a Frankensteiner. That was followed by a Spear and Breakker scoring the three count.
He remains Intercontinental champion.
After the match, Mysterio and Carlito attacked, leading to Penta hitting the ring to fight them off. In the process, he took the title from Dirty Dom, giving us a staredown between Penta and Bron when he gave it back.
It sure looks like WWE has another big match for WrestleMania 41.
Anyway, here are all the highlights from Raw this week:
